We had a good stay at this small hotel. Reasonably clean and the staff was attentive and best. Its location was remote, 400 metres from Sands of Forvie. What's more, it was just off the beach, a well stocked shop and nearby Ellon. The food they offered was delicious, had lots of meals

Really good food and attentive service create a good experience. The steak pie was particularly praised by our group. Located near a beautiful beach, it offered both convenience and fine views. Noise levels in the function suite during our family gathering were a bit higher than expected, challenging to have conversations at times. The parking situation could be improved.

Had a lovely time here! The kids enjoyed the handy wee park nearby while I relaxed with a great coffee in the garden area. The room was a bit warm since there was only one socket for charging our devices, but we managed. Definitely recommend for a chill family getaway! 😊
